A typical shoot for a 3–4 bedroom home takes 60–90 minutes. Larger homes or properties with multiple floors may take 2 hours. Twilight/dusk shoots add an additional 30 minutes.

When will I receive my photos?

Edited photos are delivered via download link within 24 hours of the shoot. For same-day rush delivery, contact us in advance.

How many photos will I receive?

Depending on the package, you'll receive between 20–50+ professionally edited photos. We capture every room, including all bathrooms, the garage, exterior, and outdoor spaces.

What should I do to prepare for the shoot?

Declutter countertops, make beds, hide personal items, and turn on all lights. A tidy, clean space photographs much better. We also recommend parking cars away from the front of the house.

Do you serve areas outside the GTA?

Yes. We travel up to 100km from the GTA, covering Kitchener, Barrie, Orangeville, Erin, and surrounding communities. A travel fee may apply for locations over 50km.
